address book missing

Have a user that reports the system address book is missing from their
client.

Running GW2014sp2 on windows 7 (x64).

Waiting to hear back if this condition is just on one pc or if it
follows their login.

Hi Stevo, have you gotten an answer on this yet?
It really is a big question to direct us on very different diagnostic
steps.

If it is just on the box in question, a general Disk Cleanup and
reinstall of the client should help.
If the problem follows, Start with checking your Contents checks for
what it shows for this user, and perhaps run one just for that user.

Andy Konecny sounds like they 'said':

So my response to Andy's comment is...

Here's what I heard about it.

If anyone else uses the pc in question, the GW address book shows up.
If the user with trouble uses any *other* machine, the GW address book
shows up. If the user with trouble uses the problem machine, the GW
address book does *not* show up.

Sounds like that user's local Windows profile is messed up.
Within that context of being on that machine with that user logged in,
check the Control Panel in other that Category view, Mail (32bit) and
see what you see in there. Gut feel there is another profile created
and setting it back to GroupWise might all you need to do.
