d04f errors

I have two users that are occasionally getting a d04f error [Attempt to do client/server actions with no access]. It happens after a period of inactivity on the pc's. They have to close and restart the client to correct. We recently changed our post office security to LDAP through AD and both users are associated. Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks
Jeremy

Re: d04f errors

This is a known GroupWise defect.
Please open a service request, and ask for the latest FTF.

The defect ID is 987065 if asked.

Could be related to a NIC going to sleep/powering down, so it would be
worth to check both the NIC and the power saving settings in general.
