d130 error

I have One Client getting an Error when logging in. Even when I login as a know good client I get this error on the Server.
I have version 2.0.2

0xD130 An invalid tag was discovered.

What does this mean?

Hi,

Is this workstation specific?

Re: d130 error

Yes, it seems to only be on That PC. Any account tested will not work on that PC.
What I tried:
1. Purged Windows\Temp\ folder
2. Add/Remove Programs Removed GW Messenger.
3. Restarted PC.
4. Installed GW Messenger
5. Attempted to login with a known good account.
Workstation receives an error "Cannot connect to Sever"
In advanced Properties I changed server address to the IP Address of the Server.
Same results.
On GW Messenger log screen I see the message "0xD130 An invalid tag was discovered".

Re: d130 error

The user with issues works ok on other devices.
I did authenticate on her PC with My credentials and attempted to sign in to Messenger with my credentials and it also Fails.
So I feel the issue is on That PC.

Re: d130 error

Hi,

It would appear that the PC is at fault. You might want to uninstall Messenger again and then run something like CCcleaner (a registry cleaning tool) and then trying the whole reboot and install again stuff.

Cheers,
