How does it work with regular GroupWise sharing of folders? Share with
everyone, just a question of testing if they need more than read-only
rights.
Omni has some tools for folder management that migth also be an option.

How does it work with regular GroupWise sharing of folders? Share with
everyone, just a question of testing if they need more than read-only
rights.

That would only share the folder's content, but not its display
settings. In this case there isn't any content since it's a web panel.
I know you can send your current GW view with someone by going to
View->Display Settings->Send Current. However, I don't believe
individual panels can be shared.
