iOS 10 and inline HTML images not viewable

We are experiencing issues displaying inline HTML images once a device is upgraded to iOS 10. We are using GMS 14.2.1 Build 237 with GroupWise 2014 SP1. Testing on any device pre iOS 10 works perfectly, but as soon as they upgrade they begin to see emails with download links instead of the inline images, and the download links fail if selected. The links show up as "Tap to download part.002" with 0 bytes in size. Images show up perfectly fine in the desktop UI and webacc. Has anyone else seen this?

Re: iOS 10 and inline HTML images not viewable

Updated today to iOS 10.1 in hopes that this would fix the issue. No Luck!

Re: iOS 10 and inline HTML images not viewable

We are still on a very old GMS version ( Version: 2.1.0 Build: 230) from GroupWise 2014 and there we see no issue with the inline images on iOS 10.

We will upgrade in 1 month to this new version of GMS 14.2.1 Build 237.

Please create an SR at Novell . They will help you further with this issue.

Please keep us updated if you have a solution.

Re: iOS 10 and inline HTML images not viewable

You may want to check out this setting on the iOS 10 device.

Open the settings app.
Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars."
Set the "Load Remote Images" to ON.

Shane Nielson Kind of alright at doing stuff with the computer thing
