iPhone mail forwarding error

Hi,

one of our users can't forward some mail attachements from her ios device.

The user receive a mail with an attachment, then she forwards this mail and about 1 minute later he receive a mail from the Data Synchronizer.

Subject: Failed to Add Item
Mobility failed to add the following item because: Record not found


Anyone seen this issue before / have the same?

Does the user have a rule in GroupWise moving the mail to a different folder?

no, she has no rules in GroupWise

What version of Mobility? What device and OS? How large is your "attachment
size" limitation?

the version is 1.2.4 Build: 966, the device is a iPhone 5 iOS 7.0.3 and the size limitation is 20000 KB

You should upgrade then. We can't really troubleshoot an older version. 1.2.5
299 is the minimum at this point.
