How do I insert a photo in an email? Not as an attachment but part of the email.

As long as you are composing in HTML, you should be able to paste any
image into an e-mail.

If you're using a word processor as your message composer, it's
Insert/Picture - or something similar, depending on specific program.

Using GroupWise as the message composer, once your cursor is in the body
of the message, a toolbar appears at the bottom of the message window.
There's a button there for inserting a picture - looks like a tiny
picture of mountains under the moon.

Of course if you can use copy and paste, that works, too!

Hi Bill,

Further to the suggestions above, which are all good, just note that in GroupWise 2014 any embedded image is now in PNG format. A vast improvement on earlier version of GroupWise that would embed images as BMP format.
