sent items always displayed in mailbox
Groupwise 18.2.1 client
I have one user who can not keep the sent items from being displayed in his mailbox.
The view by option is details. The view | display settings | Sent items is turned off.
Conversation threading is not enabled.
Using the toolbar buttons from show /hide for sent / received items has no effect.

With the user logged out of the client, have you tried to do a "reset client options" ?
