More details please
Starting with is this Proxy that we are talking about
if so, what sort of limiting access of the mailbox owner have you seen
my Proxied in users?

Exact versions of the POA and clients will be useful as well.

access to gwuser1,gwuser2,gwuser3 boxes without the aid of users of gwuser1,gwuser2,gwuser3 is necessary.
gwboss01 has to have access to their boxes(gwuser1,gwuser2,gwuser3) irrespective of - have allowed (gwuser1,gwuser2,gwuser3) or hasn't allowed

Re: unconditional access to boxes gwuser1..gwuser3 for gwBos

Hi Serg,

If you mean see everything as in that the gw users cannot hide anything, then the boss will need to be able to login directly to those user accounts. Otherwise the users could mark items as private, and to the best of my knowledge nobody can see private items other than the owning user.

Not to point out the obvious, but depending upon your jurisdiction, there are legal implications with this. Employee Computer policies need to be watertight to minimise the risk of something nasty occurring.

Users do have control over their Proxy settings and as Mark pointed out
can also set things to private, so they always have that level of
control to limit what others can see.
So either those users have to share their passwords (password sharing
is not recommended at all), or a good Archival product with all the
appropriate controls in place for the gwboss01 to have discovery access
to just those users.

Certainly an area to step carefully and be sure of your local laws
regarding privacy. The Archival product route is typically for legal
discovery processes, and following some of those legal processes may
well help guide you and those bosses as to what they are ultimately
attempting to achieve. Talking with a lawyer on this should help you.
