user cn not receive mail from internet

hi
i hava groupwise 6 sp3 and exchange 2003. i am usings api gateway.
when someone send a email fron internet (for example gallet@hotmail.com) to
user on exchange (for example jgomez@avianca.com and oruiz@avianca.com),
only one user recieved this mail.
if i see email on user that recieve mail i can see
user cc: cruiz@hotmail.com.

can anybadoy help me!!

How does the email enter the system? If via the Exchange system, you
need to ensure that the external user object has the Internet address
associated with it (oh, and cross your fingers). If via the GWIA,
then you have two choices, first, to ensure the Exchange user's email
is correct (and this would be the case unless altered and therefore
you wouldn't be asking this question) and second to alter the external
user so that the mail is sent back out of the GWIA and to the Exchange
system.
