YOur Internet Addressing setup is seriously foul, or merely
non-existant. Did you configure IA, and if yes how?

Re: userb@mydomain.com (550 No such recipient)

All these years GW was working perfectly. Didn't have any issues. We have upgraded from GW7 to GW8HP1 with no problems. Since GWAVA installed I started seeing more of these messages.

For example today I sent an e-mail and I recevied undeliverable message to myself? How? Why?

The attached file had the following undeliverable recipient(s):
'usera@mydomain.com'

Maybe. Maybe not. You may have not seen them.

Can you answer my questions about Internet Addressing please? YOur
internal emails are going through your GWIA, and while this may have
worked before, this is nevertheless a massive misconfiguration.

Re: userb@mydomain.com (550 No such recipient)

Sorry, I didn't mean to jump ahead.

SiteA has primary domain and SiteB has secondary domain. Both sites have there own GWIA. But all incoming mails do come to SiteA and travel to SiteB, if user belongs to that site.

In IA Setting:

I have set mydomain.com as preferred domain.
Others are set as: sitea.mydomain.com, siteb.mydomain.com and mydomain2.com
Default internet agent is SiteA.GWIA

Addressing Formats is userid@internet domain name with some selected addressing formats.
