webaccess and userlookup in addressbook

Hi,

In the client, users can do a lookup by starting typing the lastname.
This does not work in webaccess.

Is this working as designed or a setting?

Re: webaccess and userlookup in addressbook

Hi Alex,

In the WebAccess user interface click on the little cog in the top right-hand corner and select options. In the dialog screen that opens go to General. Place a tick in "Address Book Display Name Format".

That did it for me.

Cheers,
