website access - dns to ip switch in 1.2.5.299

Upgraded from the previous version to the latest, 1.2.5.299.
Previously, when I went to the url for our servers, since I added an ssl cert to the servers, I didn't have the untrusted cert issue with the browsers.
Now, my page is redirected from URL to ip address of the server, which causes the issue. My ssl cert is still on the server, and shows up properly when clicking the info in the address link.

Anyone else see this issue, and more importantly, have a fix?

Thanks.
