Ability to control the behavior of the child option-set/options based on the current value (not just

Current behavior:

-order: customer can choose storage class for additional disk (all fine here)
-modify: if customer add new additional disk he got visible only one option that is preselected. (please note customer cannot change storage class on already existing disk only on new ones that he is creating.)
Expected:
-modify: if customer will select disk for first time it should be counted as initial order. (also deselection and then new selection should be taken as initial ordering).

There's a screen print and the expected behavior is "during modify subscription, if customer will select an optional property for first time, it should be counted as initial order, instead of modification."
