CSA - Auto-cancel functionnality when an error occurs during provisionning

Enhancement request.

CSA needs an OOTB functionality where if an error occurs in the deployment phase of a service, the subscription is canceled automatically.

Thus in case of subcription failure:

- for all ROs used in a design, all actions defined in the Un-deployment phase are to be auto-executed in the correct order (as if the subscription has been canceled)

- the automatic cancelation for the failed subscription should bypass any approval process

Impact: Today a manual Cancel Subscription needs to occur so that a FAILED subscription releases all the resources acquired up-to and excluding the step where the failure occurred.  Impact on resource management.
