HCM/CSA has the ability to create capsules (the atomic unit for content promotion across different environments) from Capsules SDK only that is a CLI tool available here:

To increase the efficiency for the authors we should have in HCM UI the option to Create Capsule and the option to Export Capsule. This will enable users to package the service designs, resource offerings, palletes etc. in one capsule zip file, with a version, and use it for promoting content across environments (DEV/TEST/PROD).
