Multiple Levels of Approvals for create, modify and cancel subscriptions

Need ability to set multiple levels of approval

Why is this important, when it would it be used
Multiple groups like BU and Finance may need to provide approval for certain orders and this has to be done in many levels

If you were designing the solution, how would  you do it?
Chain approvals - an approval granted will flag another approval

In most customer cases, we have to integrate with Servicenow workflow to achieve this. It would be great to have an interface in CSA.

Need additional approvals to be enabled for each lifecycle phase. (Mapping multiple approvals for a single offering)

in general you can build a Custom approval flow that does this externaly. what is missing is the possibility to put an Review/approval into the inbox of an CSA Approver.

when you dont use the inbuild approval you have to go to an external system.

if allowing Filling a approval request into CSA via API also a custom callback flow must be registered when person approves
