Posibillity to Disable temporary a specific Offerig in the Catalog so it cannot be consumed

Hello

I would like to suggest a new feature. We would need to deactivate some offering during the freeze period, but we do not want to unpublish/delete them, because there are quite a few parameters to recreate it.

When these period is over we just on re-enable it, in order to be accessible for the customers.

Thanks in advance.

best regards

Hello,

Indeed, it could be usefull.

In the mean time, you can modify access control on the catalog to disallow user from accessign it. Another way is to setup a temporary approval policy how will automatically refuse new subscriptions.

Tommy

In HCM, there is an option to un-publish an offering from the catalog and publish it again. The offering can be un-published, even if an active subscription exists. The unpublish does not need any change in the offering configuration as the offering properties will not get disturbed.
