User Action tracking/logging in MPP against subscriptions

Hello,

In a  scenario where multiple groups are associated to a subscription in MPP, Currently there is no provision to see who did what on the subscription, For example, if a user1 from group1 restarted the server from MPP, it is not logged anywhere that the user1 from group1 performed the rebot action on this subscription.

Its true that in the requests and MPP we can see the server reset is performed, but it wont show which user, This information is very important in support perspective.

This can be also a good candidate for the next evolution version of HCM, i.e., HCMX
