cancel a request in CSA

hi like to chekc how do i cancel a CSA request when in the MPP portal under "In the All Requests States filter, select Cancelable." i see 0 request but in my "pending list" it shows 18 request.

i am trying to check if there are option to udpate the DB to indicate the status of the REQUEST as CANCELLED.

i am not sure, but i think cancel would work only for request still pending an approval. every request past this is already in "processing" so you have an subscription and need to cancel the subscription.

you would need to test with an approval policy and try to cancel those requests
