Saumya Upadhyaya – Sr. Product Manager for Operations Bridge spoke about the shift from Application Performance Management (APM) to Digital Experience Management.  Saumya opened with research data from Dimensional Research (shown in the photo below) that showcases the shift in the industry to multi-cloud operating environments, and how those issues are becoming more difficult to resolve today. Bottom line, enterprises today need a strategy to proactively monitor, analyze, and remediate applications issues across multiple languages and platforms whether on-premise or in the cloud(s).  Micro Focus integrates end-user experience monitoring, infrastructure & application monitoring, 3rd party tool monitoring, and automated AIOps analytics to bring a seamless Digital Experience Management platform together.  These capabilities are all licensed as part of the Operations Bridge licensing model today.
