The countdown to the Micro Focus ITOM Summit is about to strike midnight! I can’t believe that this amazing event is next week! To help you make the most of your time in Dallas, the Data Center Automation (DCA) product team would like to share some insider tips to help you better manage your experience. As always, our focus is on training and education during these events—with some fun mixed in for balance.

Content, content, content. Lots of content!session catalog.PNG

This year’s agenda includes keynotes from ITOM executives as well as eight DCA-focused sessions, a workshop and a demonstration booth where you can visit with our experts. A good place to start your planning journey is the session catalog. This is where you can review the presentation descriptions and choose those that best fit your needs.

From the stage, the DCA product team will share our vision for your continued success. We will also share how we are driving innovation with the power to transform your IT operations and advance your career. We’ll unveil our latest product breakthroughs and we will demonstrate how we can help you adopt cloud, containers, open source, and more. You’ll gain a better understanding of how you can optimize your data centers and improve your working relationships with customers.

In addition, your peers from Convergys, The Boeing Company, Wells Fargo, Sprint Corporation, and Verizon will share their DCA use cases. This is your opportunity to hear their experiences and stories from their journeys as they scaled out and to gain insights into the best practices they adopted along the way.

Get ready to hear about the container deployment foundation, IT infrastructure compliance, patching across OS/DB/MW, and more. A panel of your colleagues will also share their perspectives on the state of automation, and they will tackle compliance, breaking down silos, and best practices to implement across the data center. This panel will also take questions directly from the audience, so be prepared to bring yours and try to stump them!

When in Texas, we like to go big! The DCA product team wants to meet every one of you DCA fans one-on-one. Let’s connect over coffee, refreshments, meals, or in the executive briefing center to discuss your use case and adoption of the product. We’d love to share our insight regarding optimization, new use cases, planning against roadmap, and more. And if nothing else, we’d like to invite you to just stop by to say hello.

Best wishes for a fun and informative event. We look forward to seeing you at the ITOM Summit. Safe travels!ITOM Summit 2018 3.PNG
