SMA-X is the multi-tenant solution which you can host in environments for multiple business units, or customers, within a single installation. With this February release, you will get the multi-tenant console and grid—which will allow you to leverage agents to view and edit records from all your business units or customers in a single user interface. How cool is that? Don’t worry, we will show you this capability and it’s potential in this webinar.

We will also show you different new and updated capabilities for the Service Manager. David Baron, the chief architect for SMA will give you the live demo, and trust me, you do not want to miss that!

The CMS 11 release brings many new features and a new user experience. Bill Dyck, the senior product manager for CMS will walk you through these novelties. You can also learn more about them in his announcement blog here.
