DDMI 9.32 inventory fail - Plz Help

Hi,

 

We are implementing DDMI 9.32 as a fresh installation. Agent deployment is failed for device.

When I check the same device on our previous installation DDMI 7.60 , inventory is succesful with lower version.

 

How can I do agent based inventory for the devices again in our new installation . Customer do not want to migrate or import the data from DDMI 7.60. All they want is fresh and inventory from scratch

 

Please suggest.

Thanks. Issue is resolved. Upgrade of agents resolved the issue

Do you have the same agent certificates on both DDMI servers?

No. It is a fresh installation.

Due to older version of agents , new agents are not getting installed.

ok you need to provide more information

 

  • what error message are you seeing?
  • what types of servers is this failing on?
  • are you upgrading the agents or trying to install the new agent on a machine that has a agent already installed?
