DDMi integration with UCMDB 9.x

Jump to solution
When I setup the integration between uCMDB and DDMi, the test connection works but when I select OK, I receive the following error:
"error code 802: General data store error in DDMi" and "failed in HTTP invoker remote service".

Both products are installed on Windows 2003

Any suggestion?

thanks,

What version of DDMi are you integration uCMDB 9 with?

Also did you verify the credentials, DBName/SID, Hostname, etc, independent from uCMDB from the uCMDB server?

I'm using DDMi 7.7 and I upgraded uCMDB from 8.03 to 9.0.
The connection test returns successful. It's only when OK is selected.

I found a "class not found error DBAdapter" in the uCMDB error log.

I'm thinking there might be issue when the uCMDB database was upgraded.
