HP Database service is crashing for DDMI 9.31

We have setup for 4 collector servers and 1 aggregate server. From last one week, suddenly HP Database service (MySql) is crashing for some some reason which is causing the DDMI to go down.

DDMI system monitor service is trying to start all the services again and again but failed every time since Database service stopped just after start.

We can see the error in the application logs under event viewer like:

Re: HP Database service is crashing for DDMI 9.31

Hello,

It doesn't look like the service is crashing from the brief message log pasted below. There seems to be an issue with the startup sequence for the Database service, either a data issue or a consistency check not passing. It's hard to say without having the discovery log. The Windows Application log is not very useful.

Brindusa
