Escalation tree

I created a new idea / enhancement, but thought I would post here in case anybody knows of a way to do this currently. See the idea below. Can we use the CX framework to help build this? If so I'm assuming we would be duplicating some work as we would have to present the reviews for the user, probably too many hours of work to do it via CX.

Can we create a Identity Application work flow to do this?

Idea:
Desire the ability for an escalation to go from one manager and then on to the next manager, etc. So if your timeout values are for two weeks and your review time is for two months, you could essentially go through 2-3 escalations if there is no action on the review.

Will there be a workflow exposed to assist various customizations. Possibly a request for escalation sent out to a timout period where a manager gets a notification on approving the escalation or not with various decisions. Maybe the manager realizes that the review should really be done by a previous manager as the manager is new and the previous manager understands the systems much better, etc etc.

Greetings,
That is a good Enhancement Request. Glad you logged it in the Ideas
Portal. Currently, you can accomplish something similar with notifications.
