Gettng error after login in AR2.0 via aradmin

Hi guys,

I installed AccessReview 2.0 in my environment successfully.
After login via aradmin to Access Review, it lands on a blank homepage
with below error:

An error occurred while attempting to contact the authentication
service.

Please find my environment Details below:
I have AR2.0 on one server. AR database on second server.
I am utilizing OSP of UA4.5 that is available on 3rd server.

Kindly let me now, what else to be done.

Regards,
Anand

Greetings,
Is this the same set-up that you were setting up with AR 1.5? Are
you trying to have both AR 2.0 and 1.5 use this one (1) OSP server?

Re: Gettng error after login in AR2.0 via aradmin

Greetings Steven,

Yup, my setup is exactly the same. I have completely removed AR1.5 from
my environment and installed AR2.0
Currently, my UA 4.5 is using OSP. I am trying to use this OSP for AR2.0
as well.
Kindly forget AR1.5, its no more in the scene. 🙂

Kindly suggest your views.

Regards,
Anand

Greetings,
Just wanted to close the loop on this. Which of the follow
represents your set-up:

1) OSP was set to be accessed via HTTPS and AR was set to be access via HTTP

2) OSP and AR were set to be accessed via HTTPS

Greetings,
Please keep in mind, whenever OSP is remote and it is using HTTPS
(no matter if the other "Application" is or not), the certificate for
the OSP's tomcat server has to be installed into the cacerts file of
the JRE being utilized by the Application Server (for example Tomcat)
that the "Application" is deployed on.

Situation:

Server #1 => OSP utilizing HTTPS

Server #2 => Access Review

Server #3 => Identity Applications

Server #4 => Identity Reporting

In the above situation, if the certificate being utilized by OSP's
Tomcat server is not installed into the other servers then the issue
outlined in this thread will be experienced.
