Invalid feature service key: [ApprovalPolicyService] - AR2.0

Good Morning

Upgraded AR1.5 to 2.0 and get an "Invalid feature service key:
[ApprovalPolicyService]" Error when navigating to administrator
settings.
I also see the error when starting Access review.

I have upgraded the below to the required version for AR2.0.

- Tomcat
- Postgres
- OSP
- Access Review
-

Please see below stack trace from tomcats catalina.out.

Greetings,

1) Was Tomcat running at the time of install of Access Review 2.0?

2) Did you install AR 2.0 over the AR 1.5 install?

3) How did you move from AR 1.5 to AR 2.0?

Re: Invalid feature service key: [ApprovalPolicyService] - AR2.0

Hello Steven

Thanks for your reply and apologies for the delay.

1) Was Tomcat running at the time of install of Access Review 2.0?

UPGRADE TOMCAT TO VERSION 8.0.33.

2) Did you install AR 2.0 over the AR 1.5 install?
REMOVED AR 1.5 AND INSTALLED AR 2.0 ON THE SAME OS.

3) How did you move from AR 1.5 to AR 2.0?
I REMOVED TOMCAT, POSTGRES, ACTIVE MW AND AR AND INSTALLED THE LATEST
VERSIONS SUPPLIED WITH AR2.0.

Please let me know if I still need to log a Service Request?

Kind Regards
Brendon

Greetings Everyone,
This issue has been resolved. The root cause was that the upgrade
followed the steps in the thread "upgrade AR 1.5 to AR 2.0" However,
the steps outlined in that thread are missing a very, very important
step that is outlined in the documentation when one elects to utilize a
SQL file:

Section 7.1 Configuring the Database after Installation:
https://www.netiq.com/documentation/access-review-2/access-review-user/data/b1ihbdzf.html

Specifically step #4 in Section 7.1.1 Configuring the PostgreSQL
Database for Access Review:
https://www.netiq.com/documentation/access-review-2/access-review-user/data/b1ihbdzf.html#b1ictlih

"
To populate the global configuration values in the database, enter the
following command:
"

If you do not perform this step then the new configuration settings for
AR 2.0 will will not be added to the database which will result in
runtime issues (like the one outlined in this thread)
