Greetings,

1) What version of ID Gov is this?

2) What is the exact version of NAM you user using?

3) When you outline that you installed OSP and have NAM as the auth
server, are you saying you want:

a) NAM --saml--> OSP --oauth--> ID Gov

b) NAM --oauth--> ID Gov

4) Did you install OSP on the same Tomcat server as ID Gov or a
different one?

5) Is this on Windows or Linux?

Re: OSP and NAM

Hi
Sorry for beeing unclear,
My installation is on Linux, Id-Gov is version 3.5, nam 4.4.3.0-93 and it is a single server install with postgres, tomcat and osp. ( it is unclear if I can skip installing osp. with b option )

My intension was to skip OSP, and have NAM --oauth--> ID Gov. ,

During IG install , attribute set and client applications is registered in NAM..

After install, configupdate.sh is missing the Access Manager tab..

Greetings,

1) During the install you can skip installing OSP and during the ID Gov
(or ID Reporting install) when you come to the question if OSP or NAM is
going to be used you would select NAM and provide the necessary
information after that

2) Configupdate will not show an Access Manager tab. In the case where
you installed OSP (and ID Gov on the same server) and now want to switch
to NAM, you have check the checkbox next to "Access Manager is OAuth
provider". You will then see a new button appear. Press it and provide
the necessary information.

There should be steps in the doc on how to do this during the Install or
Post Install. I will scan the docs as it has been written up.

There is a GUI tool that launches to configure NAM, but since it is not
clear what it does exactly, our NAM guy was uncomfortable just letting
it run. Did I miss what it does in NAM in the docs?
