Show more info in reviews

Jump to solution

Hello,

Running IDG 3.5.1 on Tomcat 9.0.20 with Postgres 10.8, on Redhat 7.4.

When running a User Access Review, is there a way to show more user and/or account information to the reviewer?

I have already added some attributes to the quick info view, but I would prefer if these attributes were visible directly when clicking on the review item.
I would prefer if the user doesn't have to click and expand several times (review item -> user/account/permission) to see all the relevant information. Is there a way to move some of this info (such as User ID, Company etc) up one level?

Thanks.

Greetings,
No. The area in Blue is built on (a) if the permission was assigned because of a Business Role and (b) Decision Support material.

Greetings,

This can be accomplished and is outlined in the documentation. There are two (2) aspects:

Part #1:
1.a) As the Administrator go to Configuration -> Review Display Customization -> %Review Type% (For Example User Access Review)
1.b) Add the Attributes you want displayed by default (Examples: Workforce ID,  Title, and Job Code)
1.c) Press Save
1.d) If you start this review type, (For Example: User Access Review) the reviewer will see the new attributes being displayed by default.

*Note: if a reviewer has set some column orders and pressed save in this review before they will need to clear their preferences to see the update. When a reviewer saves their order it is only saved in the cookie and not in the database. So a clear of their preferences is necessary.

Part #2:

You have the ability at each Review Definition to set the specific order of these attributes that the Reviewer will see by default

2.a) As the Administrator go to Reviews -> Definitions -> Select a Review Definition and press Review Definition
2.b) Go to Default Reviewer Display Preferences
2.c.1) Select the radio button next to "Set default columns for this review definition"
2.c.2) Arrange the attributes as you want them or remove some
2.c.3) Press Save
2.d) Start the review
2.e) Login as a reviewer and see the update.

*Note: if a reviewer has set some column orders and pressed save in this review before they will need to clear their preferences to see the update. When a reviewer saves their order it is only saved in the cookie and not in the database. So a clear of their preferences is necessary.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply.

I have already configured both Review Display Configuration and the default columns in the review definition.

What I would like is if info from the expandable Quick Info boxes (marked with red in the attached screenshot) could be moved up one level and be presented in the same area as the Guidance (marked with blue).

Is that possible to achieve?
