Review decision history list should include previous reviewers and decision comments (configureable)

The list "Prior reviews for this item" currently includes Date,  Review name and Final Decision of previous reviews of the review item.

It should be possible to configure to also include the previous reviewer(s) and their comments submitted with the decision. Could be after an extra click...

This would be useful for reviewers on repeated reviews to remember to whom an item was delegated or why a decision was made.
