"Show Completed Items" can be ambiguous to end users as it can be interpretted as showing only completed items. "Include Completed Items" provides more clarity.

Thanks for the input. This has been updated in the upcoming Identity Governance 3.5 release. The text was changed to "Include submitted items" to be consistent with the action on the page, which is "submit" rather than complete. You also have the ability to customize this text for your own implementation if needed using the localization toolkit.
