Add driver cache information to cn=monitor

Status:

For easier, improved monitoring with external tools.

cn=monitor offers a lot of good information that previously you needed to use different tools to acquire.

An addition would be to add the driver cache information to the mix.

The size of the cachefile
Oldest transaction time
Newest transaction time
Number of each event types in the cache (add, modify, delete, etc...)
