Force user logout after lost connection with LDAP in UserApplication

Create a way of force logout when user's session is expired and there is no connectivity with LDAP directory. Sometimes we have workflows in UserApplication that calls webservices using ecmaScripts and when user's session is expired with directory my call to WS works but my mapping doesn't works because I've already lost my connection with LDAP directory. In this case my customers are affected because it creates a activity for fullfilment at call center system but there is no task to approve on UserApplication.

This can resolve some isues when the session expires, without informing the user, losing some information.
