REST driver in IDM should be able to connect to multiple Hosts and multiple endpoints on each host

in an enterprise environment we connect to hundreds of SaaS applications for the purpose of lifecycle management. Currently we have a handful of use cases, but predominantly Provisioning, or more importantly de-provisioning and UAR correlation (i.e. reconciliation of user accounts). to do this via REST we need to maintain hundreds of REST driver instances (one per SaaS application).
the current Rest driver can be configured to talk to multiple endpoints on a single host. This should be enhanced to allow the REST driver to talk to multiple endpoints on multiple hosts, thus enabling enterprises to deploy a single REST driver (or possibly multiple dependant upon scaling and security requirements) that vis context in the event can determine host and end point appropriate to event.
