REST shim / TLS-mutual authentication in combination with the OAuth authorization code flow

An IdP might require a client (X.509) certificate for authentication. The REST shim should be able to support the TLS-mutual authentication in combination with the authorization code flow, for instance.

-> The driver parameters should allow the use of a X.509 client certificate for the authorization endpoint (IdP) and/or the connected api/application.
