Use systemd for startup scripts

I am working on using the included nginx on port 443 with proxying to tomcat:8543 and have noticed that the startup scripts are a bit of a mess.  They were copied from something else and the names and descriptions are not accurate.  Moving these to native systemd units which would make it much easier to manage and more reliable (auto restart, ect).
