Greetings,
The URL you provided does not want to load. Generally speaking the
above error is because you did not clear out all of the Cookies and
Cache from your browser.

Re: APWA Action Error

hi,

i got this error in the IDM 4.5. I tried to delete cache in the tomcat,
in the browser but the error is still there.
I enabled the DEBUG mode for all classes but i do not see any problem in
the catalina.out.
Do you have any idea what`s wrong and how to solve it?

Thanks.
Milan

Hmm, so I come back to the NMAS SAML method. Or some missing internal
RBPM permission.

Find a user, get the error. Then start granting the System Roles like
Prov Man, Prov Admin, and then test via SAML in as that user and see how
that goes.

Re: APWA Action Error

yes, if the user has e.g. Compliance role, I have no problem. But which
"internal" rights are missing...
Also I do not have an idea, what can be wrong in the SAML NMAS method. I
double checked all NMAS objects and everything looks fine. btw. I have
the same behavior in the "Name and password" authentication method and
in the "SAML 2.0" method too.
If you have a time, you can compare my two catalina.out log files. No
errors are there but maybe you will see something strange. In the first
case the user has "Compliance role" and is able to log in without a
problem. In the second case, the user has no roles assigned and UA has
APWA error like on this screenshot:
314

Logs are 'here' (http://tinyurl.com/oaowrko).

Thanks for a help.

Regards,
Milan

Re: APWA Action Error

I solved it.
The solution is quite easy 🙂 The problem was because the user
application lost all default rights. Really, I do not know why but this
is happening me only in case I installing the User App with SSL (https).
I have had to go to the “Navigation Access Permissions” in
the RBPM Provisioning and Security tab and reassigned all rights again
(I have more IDM demos so it was not a problem to find the correct
assignments).

Milan

So you mean the Default Admin Role assignments?

In 4.5, and 4.02 patch C or D, in Configupdate, there is an advanced
option to reissue the admin permission grants. So you run configupdate,
tick that box, restart UA, and it issues the 17 or so role grants it
does first time you use it.

Re: APWA Action Error

No, I mean the rights/permissions in Administration->RBPM Provisioning
and Security tab -> Navigation Access Permissions. And here e.g. the
trustee container was missing from the Identity Self Service, Work
Dashboard, My Access, My Approvals, and so on.
The admin permissions were fine.
Maybe I had wrong user container or root container during the
installation. I do not know. But I had this issue only in the ''secure"
environment (means when i used https).
