Access denied to the portal page: ThemeMgmt!

Hi,

I am getting the error message "Access denied to the portal page:
ThemeMgmt!" on Administration tab, once I am login with uaadmin in
UserApplication

'Application Configuration', 'Page Admin', 'Portel Admin' tabs are
disabled.

RBPM provisoning and security tab is enabled but not showing all the
options like Caching, etc.

Please let me know what configuration settings I need to change to
enable them?

Thanks & Regards
Neha

Greetings Neha,
That is the default page one would arrive at when you access the
the Administration.

1) Are you able to see and press the links for any of the other
Administration pages?

2) Can you confirm your admin user has all 9 Admin roles assigned to
them? You can see this from the Work Dashboard and then press the blue
arrow next to Role Assignments

Hi Steven,

As iI mentioned, 'Application Configuration', 'Page Admin', 'Portel
Admin' tabs are disabled.

Yes, all the 9 roles are assigned to UserApp administrator.

Is there any change in the Trustee rights? Can you confirm what are the
rights that uaadmin should hold?

Regards,
Neha

Greetings Neha,

If these pages are disable and not available to you, then the account
you are logging in with is not the Administrator of these areas.

Typically, this happens because "someone" with the admin rights goes in
and starts to play with the page settings for the Administration pages.

You will need to find out if this happened and what they did.

These pages have their ACLS stored in the User Application database and
not eDirectory.

You may end up having to delete your database and start again (as
outlined in the Administration Guide) if you can not find out who on
your team adjusted these page settings.
