Active Directory Exchange creation problem

We have a 3.6.1 Active Directory driver coupled with Exchange 2010. The
creation of Exchange accounts sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't. The
error message in question is:

Message: Exchange 2010 Exception. code:0x00000214 Error completing
exchange 2010 command. ERROR: The string starting:
At line:1 char:143
Enable-Mailbox -Identity 'cn=Surname\, M.J.
(mjsurname),ou=Student,dc=student,dc=net' -Alias 'M.J.Surname' -Database
<<<< 'CN=DB12,CN=Databases,CN=Exchange Administrative Group
(FUIIBOHF23SP

The variable that contains the Exchange database is filled correctly, it
always contains the full name wheras the error message always has the
stripped database.

Identity Manager 3.6.1, latest patches, latest Active Directory Driver,
eDirectory 8.7.7 with latest patch.

Does anybody have an idea?

Can you please post to a pastesite a (sanitised if necessary) level 3
remote loader trace of this event, not just the error? It is hard to
diagnose a problem based on just the returned error.
