Bidirectional eDirectory driver issues

Hi Team,

I am facing below error while connecting to remote edirectory , 

no intermediate response from server

I am using below configuration

IDM 4.8

Edirectory 9.2

driver :- bidirectional edirectory driver

changlpg module is also installed

Please help me resolve this issues, any help is highly appreciated.

Can you connect to the remote eDirectory with a LDAP explorer (like Apache Directory Studio)?

Have you checked firewall?

When posting trace examples, screen shots are not helpful. Cannot snip out useful bits nor search, consider pasting text in the message instead. (Also I cannot read the image at all so it is mostly useless).

The connection the driver makes is LDAP from the engine to the other tree. Are ports open (636?) can you run ldapsearch from the engine server to the eDir server?

Did the CA public key from the eDir tree get added to the keystore of the IDM server?
