Connection between Userapp & Reporting server getting lost
Hi,
Please find the below details:
Product version : eDirectory 8.8.8 Patch5 (Linux x86_64)
NetIQ Identity Reporting Module version : 4.5.1
On restarting Reporting server and Userapp server, logging is working
fine for a while. After a while, Novell application DirXML from User App
server is loosing connection with the Audit Event Source Server.
Also, on enabling audit service and selecting the 'Persist the logging
changes' from User app, the connection is made. But again, after a while
the connection is getting lost and not regaining.
Thus, all the information after the connection-lost is not getting
logged in the reporting server.
Is there any solution to this issue? Kindly help.
Thanks in advance.
