DAL Query on multivalued attribute

Jump to solution

Is it possible to create a DAL Query that searches for entities with a specific value as one of its values in a multivalued attribute?

A DAL query is devlolved under the covers to an LDAP query. And I believe that if there is an attribute with three values, and you search for Attribute=1value it will find it amongst a multivalued.  This is because it ultmately sends an LDAP query for (Attribute=1Value) which would find it.

Thank you for the quick response!

Would it also work if the attribute is of the type DN multivalued?

Also on dn but you cannot use wild cards in the dn. It must be the same as the dn where it is case insensitive.
