DCS Driver Error

Hi,

We are getting Reporting working and DCS driver, MSG, etc. I am finding this error in the DCS driver logs and have about 7k events queued up in the cache. I have tried adjusting batch size etc, but it does not help, has anyone seen this before and know how to resolve?

Driver: \HONORHEALTH\system\Driver Set\Data Collection Service Driver
Channel: Subscriber
Status: Retry
Message: Code(-9006) The driver returned a "retry" status indicating that the operation should be retried later. Detail from driver:
REST Exception: Could NOT persist Event(EventID = :AD-SLHNAZ##166e50b5157##0:7648cf25-a8e5-41e8-b94b-c7cba57bf0f2)Make sure you provided appropriate batch-size/number of batches while configuring the driver. Also ensure that the Data Collection Service is running and accessible

Thanks!
Casey

Is your Reporting Module up and running, i.e. Tomcat and your DB?

This can happen if the DB is busy, it should eventually clear up.

Once it took 4 weeks at a customer...

Thanks in advance.
