DCS Error : SAXTransformerFactory could not be instantiated

We are using IDM 4.0.2, and in the DCS driver log, it has a lot errors
as below. Can't find anything on the internet. Any suggestion?

Can you provide more details?

What OS? is this IDM 4.02 patched, if so to what level?

It's on SLES 11 with SP2.

IDM 4.0.2 is patched with following:
IDM 4.0.2 Engine & Remote Loader Patch 1a
IDM 4.0.2 DCS Driver Version 4.0.0.2
IDM 4.0.2 MSGW Driver Version 4.0.0.4
IDM Roles Based Provisioning Module 402 Field Patch C
IDM 4.0.2 AD Driver version 4.0.0.1

I will try to install the Engine patch2 to test environment to see if
that would help.

I'm not sure that I can help any further - I haven't seen that specific
error previously.

Geoffrey, Aaron do either of you have any ideas? This error seems to be
returned from driver shim - or am I reading this wrong?

As you still have the issue with the latest patch level, I'd suggest you
open a SR via the official support channels.

This would seem like a shim level issue, since that is a class need to
parse XML does not like what it is being passed. SR is the way to go.

No, still same error. Opened SR about a month now, no progress.

Just installed the DCS patch 4.0.0.3, still same error.
