Default password for novlua and system maintenance permissions

What is the default password for the novlua user created by the RBPM
installation on SLES? I'd like to test out su-ing to that user (su
novlua -) for maintenance.
My current customer will not allow retained root privileges beyond
initial install so I'm needing to define a persistent permissions model
for enabling troubleshooting and maintenance of the User App, HPD,
Reporting Server, RRA, & SSPR. It seems that allowing my team members to
su to novlua should be sufficient along with allowing novlua to "sudo
/etc/jboss_init" (or should that be su -c /etc/jboss_init?). Assigning
the novlua user ownership of the entire /opt/novell structure will
hopefully be enough to enable necessary permissions on the product
components.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
