Designer Documentation Function

Does the Documentation function work in Designer 4.0.2? I'm having lots
of trouble with it. I used to use it in the past and it worked great.
I hadn't used it in a while and I wanted to generate a report. I tried
generating a report and I either end up with a blank PDF with nothing at
all in it or I end up with an error during the rendering process that
says:

"Problems occurred initializing the Designer source"

I've tried on an XP machine with Designer 4.0.2
I've tried a Windows 7 machine with Designer 4.0.2
I tried running Designer as administrator on 4.0.2
I tried creating a new workspace and reimporting.
I tried 3 different existing workspaces.

What am I missing here? This was a great handy feature in Designer.

Matt

It did for me the last time I tried it; the biggest hangup over the
years has been a memory leak or two, or just the high use of memory in
general, when running it.

How big is your project? Have you tried creating a single-driver-config
project from scratch just to test the documentation feature?

Just tested with 4.0 SP1 AU1 on my openSUSE 12.2 laptop and the
documentation creation worked just fine (about six driver configs setup
in the project).

Good luck.

Did you install Designer over an older version or upgrade?

Have a look at this post for a solution for one of the "blank/corrupt"
PDF issues.
