Download Reports for Identity Reporting modul is not working


User Application 4.0.1 Patch C

I have configured the Identity Reporting module and i have started
collecting data.

When i click the Download Reports from Download page it keeps loading
and not displaying the reports
I dont see any logs in user application while loading.

I checked that I could connect to internet from the User Application
server and Firewall are turned off.

Let me know how to troubleshoot this issue.

Greetings,
If you are not able to download either the report definition or src
then I would tend to believe your Proxy Server is not allowing the
connection to the Download site we are using. The files listed on the
"Download" page are not within the Reporting Module.
