Error assigning roles with starting time

we have just upgrated to idm and userapp 4.7 and we have found that when we assign an user to a role with a starting date it keeps running forever without executing the assignment. In the roles and resources driver we have found

DirXML Log Event -------------------
Driver: \IDV\system\driverset1\Role and Resource Service Driver
Status: Error
Message: Thread ID:1586 Unable to transition request status from 0 to 30
DN: O=system\CN=driverset1\CN=User Application Driver\CN=AppConfig\CN=RoleConfig\CN=Requests\CN=20181207093234-42b48d8aff2949b2ba5db818ffc66a06-0
Reason: Illegal value for nrfStatus: 30;

Thanks for your help

Hello,

Not sure from the information you've given - can you increase the log level on the RRSD and provide an LDIF of the request object?

Re: Error assigning roles with starting time

Good Morning
we have increase the trace level to 10 in the driver of RRSD and we get just the same information and error

Thread ID:1586 Unable to transition request status from 0 to 25
DN: O=system\CN=driverset1\CN=User Application Driver\CN=AppConfig\CN=RoleConfig\CN=Requests\CN=20181210100154-712263927f3f44529d4262e9821e3ae2-0

Greetings,

1) How are you assigning the user a Role with a starting date? Are you
using the UI, a workflow, the soap endpoint, or the REST endpoint?

2) What value are you using for the starting date? Please be specific.

Re: Error assigning roles with starting time

We are using the UI, an the error always appears with a future start date in the role assignment: now + 2 hours, tomorrow, etc ... when it is time to assign the role actively this error occurs: unable to transition request status from 0 to 25.

Thanks

Re: Error assigning roles with starting time

A restart of the system has been performed and the role assignment works again correctly.
